Sandstone Summer Theatre is raising funds for a new Endowment.    An Endowment is a fund that provides long-term support for nonprofit organizations.  

The mission of Sandstone Summer Theatre is to create a welcoming, high-quality, and educational theatre experience for all.  

At Sandstone Summer Theatre, we believe:

Everyone has a place in the theatre, on or off stage.

Access to theatre should not be limited by financial status.

Children should develop an early and deep love of the arts.

Important messages deserve to be shared through performance.

Theatre should be a family

In order to keep access to our theatre programs at a low cost and to offer scholarships to students in need, we would like to use our endowment fund to help us keep registration costs low.  We are currently the lowest registration amount in Lorain County among programs that are similar to us.  This fund will provide money for materials and to help pay our staff.  It is very important to us here at Sandstone to not have to raise registration fees for our families, but with inflation we want to explore other options to keep our costs low.
